I will be honest. It is difficult to find somebody that knows their way around a motorhome or RV better than JOHN. And because of that, I worry if he has a whole bunch of five star reviews, it will make it hard for me to get him when I need him!!
Having said that, I don’t leave five star reviews very often. I leave for star reviews for the very best usually because there’s always a little room for improvement, right?
But if I could leave a six star review for JOHN and his company, I would do it. Not only did he come to my location the very next day, but he diagnosed several problems within minutes that prior. Mobile RV mechanics could not and they even charged me! Mobile RV mechanics are going to be more expensive. Get used to that. But he made that Bill so much easier to pay because of his professionalism and knowledge and he is fast fast fast. I really don’t think he could have improved on the service at all.

I needed some repairs on my Holiday Rambler coach and I preferred to get them done at my home. I called B & N mobile RV Services. They came out the very next day!!! Replaced some worn out hoses and belts and other misc work then looked over the RV front to back. I received a very reasonable bill at the end and a list of items that would need our attention for the coach to be reliable. I gave them a good tip but they deserved even more! THEN, I blew a propane line filling the coach up while we were leaving town “On Memorial Day”. What do I do??? Cancel my family’s vacation or call B & N again for a same day holiday morning repair?? They not only came over immediately, they got the hard to find hose in a darn holiday and we were able to still have our great vacation . I will continue to use them for all my repairs. Without a doubt, YOU SHOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A CHANCE!!!! Good work done by good people that bill you a reasonable price. Why use anyone else. Thank you very much!!!!! Rick

We had a typical new RV drama issue were we dragged a part of our wire harness on the road which severed some of our wires . . . No turn signals, brake lights, or trailer brakes. We were moving from Colorado to Washington with multiple scheduled events to be on time. We contacted B & N Mobile services late afternoon on Memorial Dand they had us back on the road the next day. My wife and I had a little squabble over me making a temporary fix or paying for a mobile RV service. We both are glad B&N worked us into their schedule. We are on the road again on our new adventure in life with peace of mind that our RV was repaired in better condition than when we bought it. They suggested a couple of improvements during the repair that made sense with minimal expense. Lisa was a wealth of information for new RVers, which will save us plenty of heart ache in the future. Thank you for both the repair and the advice. The cost of the repair was reasonable! 5+ rating from us. My wife’s preference for repair was the right choice.
